Typically, you'll need a copy of your passport, a recent photo, and the completed registration form. The form is submitted online while the passport and the photo are submitted to the admission office at the center on the first day of the course.
 

Yes, if you have prior knowledge of Arabic, we will conduct an online placement test to determine the appropriate level for you.
 

Registration operates on a rolling basis and continues until classes are full or the deadline is reached. It's advisable to apply as early as possible due to limited spaces.
 

You will receive a confirmation of your enrollment, known as a ‘Letter of Acceptance’, within a few days after we receive your application.

Deferral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending the date of submission of the deferral request relative to the start date of the course. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your course dates.
 

For beginner courses, no prior knowledge is required. For higher-level courses, a placement test will assess your proficiency to ensure appropriate class placement.
 

While not mandatory, we strongly recommend that students have valid health insurance coverage for the duration of their stay in Jordan.

Many nationalities can obtain a 1-month tourist visa upon arrival at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA). This visa can be extended twice, each time for an additional two months, with assistance from the center, allowing for a total stay of up to six months. After this period, students wishing to continue their stay in Jordan must exit to a neighboring country and re-enter, repeating the same visa extension process.
